All products are checked before delivery and are send undamaged. Your products will be carefully packed in the delivery box, so that they will come undamaged and in original packaging.
The buyer may complain about the goods if the goods do not have the characteristics explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color or otherwise deviate from the buyer’s order.
In the event of a complaint, the buyer may, in accordance with legal restrictions, request the replacement of the item, its repair or a refund. In the latter case, the seller reserves the right to charge rent for the time the buyer used the goods according to the valid price list, but not more than the amount by which the market value of the item has decreased during use and use.

The buyer has the right, that in accordance of 37. act of “Zakona o varstvu potrošnikov”, in case of defect on product, demand that the company exchange the product or refund partialy in accordance ro proportion of defect.
The deadline for product replacement is 14 days. Replacement of products is possible only upon submission of an invoice or. copies of the invoice and if the item is not damaged or shows signs of obvious use.

Products have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and upon submission of the invoice. The warranty periods are stated on the warranty cards or on the invoice.

Warranty information is also listed on the product introduction page. If there is no warranty information, the product does not have a warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.

Actual errors

The consumer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months of the day on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notice and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer can notify the seller of the defect in person.

The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that appear after two years have elapsed since the thing was delivered. A defect is recognized if the mistake existed before time of delivery of product, if it occurs within six months from delivery of product. The right of buyer from first paragraph is not valid after 2 years aftrer the buyer notified the seller.

The actual defect:

  • if the product has’t got the properities needed for normal use;
  • if the product has’t got the properities, needed for special use, for which the buyer is purchased the product and seller was aware of;
  • if the product has’t got the properities or specifications, taht were agreed or prescribed;
  • if the seller send the product, that doesn’t corresponds to the sample or model, except if there is a note that the product is only representative on site;

The suitability of a product for normal use shall be assessed in the light of normal goods of the same type and taking into account any seller’s statements on the characteristics of the goods made by the seller or manufacturer, in particular through advertising, product presentation or indications on the goods themselves.

Conflict solving

The court has jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that may arise.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

In accordance with the general conditions of use of electronic communications services, the company Lavranja, Anja Pintar sp does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a private user could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
